Vista Circle | Georgetown, Texas
The Vista Circle project was an opportunity to introduce both drama and functionality into the home while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout the public spaces. In the living room, the clients asked for a statement moment, which we delivered through a custom mural that anchors the space and creates immediate visual impact. Layered lighting was added throughout the public areas to enhance warmth, improve functionality, and highlight architectural details.
In the breakfast room, the design challenge was rooted in the builder’s ceiling design, chandelier placement, and a door that opened directly into the space. Through thoughtful space planning and custom solutions, we transformed the room into a comfortable, intuitive gathering space that supports everyday living and entertaining. A tailored banquette maximizes seating and improves circulation, while custom lighting resolves the placement limitations and allows the chandelier to feel intentional and properly scaled. The layout also allows for easy overflow dining from the adjacent pool area for family and friends.
Performance fabrics were selected for the banquette, dining chairs, and counter stools to ensure durability while maintaining a polished, residential feel around the clients’ existing dining table.
The result is a home that feels both inviting, elevated, and livable, with design solutions that address real architectural challenges while supporting how the family truly lives and gathers.
